RHAS

COSMIAC has participated in a program called the Radiation Hazard Assessment Sensor (RHAS) experiment. This RHAS project is flying radiation sensors on the Eagle Flight from AFRL. It is flying three Teradyne radiation sensors. The project is designed to measure total ionizing dose levels at three different energy levels. COSMIAC is working with the Space Micro Corporation to make this sensor available to the larger space community. RHAS was launched on the EAGLE mission in 2018.
